The charitable fund "Fund of the development of the municipal reforms" was registered in the 19-th of September, 2002.

The authorities of the Fund are the meeting of Fund members and the Management board which is led by the President. The Supervisory board realizes an observation of the Fund activities.

The main directions of the Fund activities are:

the assistance to the realization of programs which are directed to an improvement of the socio-economic situation; the program support of the development in Vinnitsa; the help to children's and educational institutions; the assistance to the development of culture, science, health protection; the social rehabilitation of those who are not sufficiently provided for.

The Fund actively cooperates with the regional authorities, gives the help in the realization of the projects which are aimed at the support of the local government.
